Testing Application
All test applications are due three weeks prior to the test session.

All applicants fill out the Registration Form (first page). Non-club member applicants must also complete the Permission to Test Form (second page) which must be signed by their home club test chair.

Once the finalized schedule is posted for a test session, there can be no refund or transfer or money to another session. Contact Caryl Geschwind (Geschwind@charter.net) with any questions.
