Testing Application
All test applications are due three weeks prior to the test session. Registration must include payment, skater's USFS number and coach's signature.

All applicants fill out the Registration Form (first page). Non-club member applicants must also complete the Permission to Test Form (second page) which must be signed by their home club test chair.

Once the finalized schedule is posted for a test session, there can be no refund of money or transfer to another session. Contact Mary Jo Johnson (mif-fstest@rochesterfsc.org) with any questions.
