Rhythm & BladesParticpation InformationIn addition to regularly scheduled practices and competitions, Rhythm and Blades skaters are expected to participate in additional team building activities.All the teams will participate in our local camp August 12-14, 2011 with guest coach Jeannine Cullen Weinschrad, an International coach who is currently head coach of Team Phoenix. Each skater is required to skate on RFSC ice in addition to synchro sessions. For the Beginner team we require 1 hour a week. For the Open Juvenile and Juvenile teams 1.5 hour, and for the Intermediate team 2 hours. These sessions can be freestyle, dance, MIF, power or competitive edge. All teams will perform in several Ice Hawks games during the school year. Some of the teams will also perform in high school hockey games.
