Preschool / Kindergarten, Learn2Skate & JPSE Online Registration Instructions PDF Print E-mail

To register for 2012 RFSC Ice Show, simply follow these steps. You may want to print these instructions so that it is easier to follow along.

New this fall . . .

You will need to create a login for our website. Create an account in the name of each skater to be registered. You will enter both the skaters full name and a user name (or login name). Since this will be a unique key within the club, and will help us in identifying the data associated with your membership.

There are two forms included in this registration: Personal Information, and the Show Registration itself. Each is a separate form. Once each form is submitted you will receive an email with a recap of your entries. As in the past, if you close the window before submitting one of the three forms, your information will be lost. However, once the form is submitted your entires will be recalled if you return to the form. Changes may be made by returning to and editing the form rather than starting over. Personal information will be retained for future registrations. You will need to be logged in as the skater to retrieve their information.

Remember, you will need to be logged in to access the registration forms.

In preparing to complete the registration process you should have the following information handy:

  • Skater and parent contact information including phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Emergency contact information and health information.
  • Highest skating badge passed.
  • Costume sizing information for your skater. You may use the Costume Sizing Worksheet which is available on our website to collect this data.
Instructions

So, did you print this out? Trust me, you probably want to.

Create a website user for each skater.
If you already have a login for the Rochester Figure Skating Club L2S website, proceed to the login step below.

The registration information that you submit will be associated with your login. To facilitate this, each skater must have a username. The login will also be used for other club functions in the future.

  • Click here to create a website user. If this is paper, which of course doesn't click very well, click the same spot in the article on the website or on the "Create an account" link at the bottom of the login form on the same page.
  • Enter the skater's name.
  • Create a username
  • Enter an email for the website account. Use your own email for this as you will receive an account confirmation and access instructions at this address. If you are creating accounts for multiple skaters you can safely ignore any message about a duplicate email address.
  • Enter a good password and repeat it.
  • Enter the characters in the image and submit.

Confirmation Email
You will receive an email confirming your site registration. Save this email as it also contains your username and password for the site.

Log-in using the Login form to the left

Proceed to the first form
Click here to go to the Learn2Skate Personal Information form, or click on the Contract Personal Info link under the Ice Show Resources menu to the left. When you submit this form, you will be taken to the Show Registration form. The Personal Information form must be completed before the Show Registration form.

Work through the two forms. Many of the fields are required before you can move on. As you complete each each form you will be forwarded to the next and you will receive an email with a recap of your entries. Please note that all emails are sent to the email address entered for Parent/Guardian or Bill To. You should receive a total of two emails per skater to indicate that registration is complete.

Confirmation and Acknowledgement

You are required to acknowledge our Rules of Conduct and a liability waiver before your form is accepted.

If you are paying by cash or check, remember that your payment is due by the due-date and your registration is not complete until the payment is received in the officed..
